MVP since February 2022
“Sharing is caring” is the mantra, and it is the whole point of the award. Since February 2022 I have been a Microsoft MVP in Microsoft 365 and Teams — today with Copilot Studio in the mix — and six years in the program overall. Here is what that has looked like in practice.

The short version
I work as a Managing Consultant at Capgemini Norway, where I am one of the SMEs for AI-driven workplace transformation and the go-to person for Copilot Studio — architecture, guidance and practical Copilot implementations in large and complex organisations. Before Norway there were years in Sweden and Denmark, and close to 30 years in IT in total. My award category is M365 and Business Applications; the technology areas are Microsoft 365 and Copilot Studio. I present in English, Norwegian and Swedish.

CollabDays Oslo
Part of the organising crew for CollabDays Oslo, helping bring the Norwegian Microsoft 365 community together.
TeamsCastAway
Host and producer since 2020. Eleven seasons, 100+ episodes, always with a guest — and occasional support for local community events when resources allow. TeamsCastAway supported CollabDays Oslo 2025 with LEGO and will give away some books at MVP-Dagen 2026 as a one-off contribution.
